We want your stay at Totara Lodge Motor Inn to be relaxed, enjoyable, and trouble-free. To help ensure a positive experience for all guests, we’ve outlined a few simple terms and conditions that cover bookings, payments, guest responsibilities, and the use of our facilities. The fine print made simple.

  • Booking age policy

    All reservations received must be made by persons over the age of 18 years. Any person under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Failure to comply may result in termination of the accommodation reserved.

  • Visitors & security

    All visitors are required to vacate the property by 10pm. After this time the only guests allowed to stay are the number indicated on the registration. Failure to adhere to this may result in full termination of the accommodation.

  • Property rules
    • Guests are entitled to quiet enjoyment of the premises.

    • Guests shall not use the premises in such a way as to violate any law or ordinance, commit waste or nuisance, or annoy, disturb, inconvenience, or interfere with the quiet enjoyment of any other guest or nearby resident.

    • If a guest/s continually causes disruption/s including the described, the property may consider a full termination of the accommodation requiring the guest/s to vacate the premises and call-out fees to be charged. 

    • If security is required, security call-out costs are on-charged to the party responsible, at $100.00 per call-out.
  • Credit card required

    Reservations are accepted and guaranteed by a valid credit card with sufficient funds. Full credit card details must be provided at the time a reservation is made. If at any stage a credit card becomes invalid or sufficient funds are not available we may consider a full termination of the accommodation reserved.

  • Credit card payments

    MasterCard and Visa payments will incur a 1% surcharge and AMEX a 4% surcharge.  This charge will show up on your receipt/invoice as a credit card surcharge.

  • Payments & charge-back
    • All charges must be settled on departure unless previous arrangements have been made.

    • Credit is available to approved companies. However, a credit application must be completed and returned to us prior to your stay. Approval of credit is not guaranteed.
  • Room servicing

    Rooms are serviced daily unless separate arrangements have been entered into, such as long stays or on public holidays. Dishes will only be done if prior arrangements have been made.
